What is Letterland? Letterland is a phonics-based approach to teaching reading, writing and spelling to young children. The Letterland process includes the use of Letterland characters to help the students grasp the sounds of letters more quickly by including the stories related to each of the characters. Students are able to explain letter sounds and shapes through this process.
