On March 19th, the ESL department at North Newton sponsored an Easter Egg Hunt for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.  There were 110 students and family members in attendance  The families were able to interact with the teachers as well as other families at this event.  The teachers were able to get to know the students and their families in a more informal manner while participating the in egg hunt.   Two students, Lynell Moreno and Alan Sanchez, found the two golden eggs that were hidden in the school. They each received the prize of $10.00 each.  The students, staff members, and parents had a wonderful night while searching for the Easter eggs!  This event was a HUGE success!
