The second grade students at Shuford Elementary spent the month of February researching historical figures. They began to research the history of each famous American to learn about how and why the person became famous. They utilized their technological skills to perform the searches to discover the information needed to be able to create the persona of each famous American. These students created posters and wrote speeches to prepare for the Wax Museum. In March. the students became the famous Americans when visitors pressed their “special” button in the Wax Museum.
