LEAD Time at Thornton Educational Center Helps Pre-K Students Learn More About The 7 Habits of Happy Kids

7 Habits Pledge

Thornton Educational Center preschool students have begun learning more about the 7 Habits of Happy Kids during LEAD time, which stands for Lead, Empower, and Develop. At LEAD time, students go between classrooms to work with a teacher and interact with peers throughout the program. Activities involve literacy, math, art, science, music and movement, and dramatic play. LEAD is scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 9:30.

LEAD is a fantastic opportunity for students to create new friendships, learn more about the 7 Habits of Happy Kids, and benefit from the teaching styles of other teachers. The teachers at Thornton Educational Center are very excited about this big step in their Leader in Me program.
