N-CHS Receives a Lowe’s Home Improvement Grant to Support Technology Efforts!

N-CHS was recently named the recipient of a grant from Lowe’s Hardware through their Charitable Educational Foundation. The grant is valued at $11, 314. 18 and will allow N-CHS to purchase a Google Chromebook Cart. The grant was written by Dorothy Dae and Billy Cannon. Jonathan Tharpe Brings Notoriety and New Resources to North Newton!

Mr. Jonathan Tharpe, 4th grade teacher at North Newton Elementary School, was awarded a $1,000 grant from Corning Corporation in Hickory on Wednesday, Dec. 17th.
